This isn't just a business for us. It's our passion. Every tool that leaves our workshop has been stripped down, fixed, tested, and verified to work exactly as it should. We don't cut corners — we fix them.
Every tool we sell comes with a full one-year guarantee. If anything goes wrong within 12 months of purchase, we've got you covered — no arguments, no hassle.
We offer a refund when the product you received does not work as advertised in the listing. Since we personally inspect and repair every single tool before listing it, we are confident in what we sell — but we understand things can sometimes go wrong in transit or otherwise.
If the tool you received doesn't perform as described, you are fully protected.
Important: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Our refund policy applies specifically to cases where the tool does not function as described in the product listing.
Within your 1-year guarantee period, if a tool stops working or develops a fault, here's exactly what we do:
Contact us using the button below with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days. We'll arrange everything — including a prepaid return label if needed.
Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the tool back.
